It was indeed great trip. Thank u travos and especially Roshell and Fernando for the wonderful trip organised.

Vinu informed us that Many sightseeing and Safari locations mentioned in the travel itinerary planned by Mr. Robin like Soochipara Waterfalls, Wayanad Muthanga Wildlife Safari, Kuruvadweep Island, Thusharagiri waterfalls were closed due to Forest Department issue. He suggested that we cannot go to these places as they are closed for many days. Ideally, we would expect the travel booking manager to inform us about such temporary closure of sight seeing areas before we reach Wayanad, so that we could have planned and booked tickets for other Wildlife Safari's and sight seeing like Bandipur National Park, Mudumalai Tiger Reserve, Sulthan Bathery. We only realized that once we reached there. We even tried to book online Safari tickets to Bandipur when we reached there, but the tickets need to be booked atleast 3-4 days in advance. The price of the overall trip (Resort stay + Cab) could have been more competitive given a lot of tourists had skipped coming to Wayanad in May 2024 due to heat wave (hot weather conditions during day time). Most people were local Keralites. Overall, it was a decent experience with hotel stay, food and travel arrangements. Mr. Robin is prompt in answering queries through call / message making an interactive booking experience.

A big thanks to him for a very friendly attitude throughout the booking and trip duration. I would definitely recommend to choose wonderscape if any of you plan your trips in the future. Now 2 not so happy experiences: 1. Our pickup on the day of arrival was delayed. We reached Hanoi at 2:30 Am, but there was no pick up person. We had to wait for almost 90 min to be picked and dropped to the hotel. As we were tired and no sleep, it was a difficult time to manage our kid at that time. However, I appreciate Mr Tony for answering my call at midnight and arranging for a pick up. This shows their commitment. 2. We had booked a boutique cruise for a luxury experience. However, the bathroom we got had water drainage issues and the entire bathroom got flooded, this was a bad experience. Unfortunately the cruise crew did not do much even after bringing this to their notice. Apart from these 2 issues, we had a very plesent trip overall. Thanks to Tony once again.

he driver stopped a few kilometers before the airport and informed me that payment didn't happen to him by the agency (Travel on Ease) and hence he will not drop us. We were very frustrated since our flight departs in another45 mins and if we do not check in at counter on time, they will deny boarding. When contacted Travel on Ease, they kept saying they will settle but driver wanted immediate payment which was not being done. Finally I had to shell out 6k to make the driver drop us at Airport. We had a very tense finish to the memorable trip. We did manage to board the flight luckily since our flight got delayed by an hour.

hermosa quickly created the plan and was in constant touch to tweak and improve the itinerary according to the needs of me and my family that includes small kids. She give me over 7-8 different options, multiple hotel choices and she was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met while also suggesting her own improvements based on her local experience. The booking, quotes etc was very smooth. Janat reminded us on time to book the Gulmarg gondola's which are limited. Farah also from Hermosa then ensured our travel was smooth and everything was taken care of. During our trip, we rarely had to call Hermosa for anything as everything was arranged and planned really well. The driver (Iqbal) was amazing and flexible to our needs. He gave good suggestions and ensured we did not fall into the trap of guides or other tourist frenzies in each location. Overall the complete experience with Hermosa was amazing starting with booking, hotels, cab to the arrangements at the hotels as well. I would strongly recommend Hermosa for anybody planning a trip to Kashmir. Thanks for great memories. Vijay
